Chinmayi “Julie” Dore is a Rest Wellness Coach, and has been practising and teaching yoga and meditation for over 20 years, when she first used it to turn her own health around. She’s also trained in more than 20 complementary therapies and healing techniques, and is a true rest champion.
Chinmayi loves to teach; helping people use her techniques to tune into themselves, both physically and emotionally. She truly believes in the healing powers of rest, and the transformative impact it can have on our overall wellbeing.
