However, she believes it's not solely the certification that makes a good coach but the passion for this kind of work. Helping people achieve their goals in life, whether it is fitness, personal or professional, gives her a lot of satisfaction. The essence of her work is to facilitate self-growth by helping identify the core challenges and setbacks in a person's life, so that they can overcome them with confidence. She believes that true wellbeing is a combination of physical, emotional and mental health being balanced.
