Peach Smoothie

Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 3 peaches (pitted and chopped )
  • 50g dairy-free milk (I used almond milk)
  • 100g dairy-free yogurt (I used almond)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Method

Method:

  • Place all the Ingredients into a blender and blitz for 2 to 3 minutes then serve.

TIP:

  • Almonds go particularly well with peaches, but you can use whichever type of milk and yogurt you prefer.
